Hes was born in 1932 Serbia, Djokovic teaches at Cornell University, Minnesota giving biology. Novak began teaching biology at Kansas State Teachers College in Emporia from 1957 to 1959 and professor of biology and education courses at Purdue Universityfrom 1959 to 1967. From 1967 to 1995 he was professor of education andbiological sciences at Cornell University. Novak Research focused on human learning, education studies and creation of knowledge and representation. He developed a theory of education research and instruction guide, first published in 1977 and updated in 1998.
